By using the Hi Tech Security Solutions LLC website (4-hitech.com) and/or requesting our installation services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Hi Tech Security Solutions LLC provides professional installation, configuration, and support for security cameras, alarm systems, networking equipment, audio/visual systems, smart lighting, and related technologies throughout Northeast Ohio. All services are performed by our in-house technicians — we do not use subcontractors.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided via our website contact form, phone consultation, or on-site assessment are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins. We reserve the right to adjust estimates based on site conditions discovered during the on-site assessment.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Installation appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a signed work order or deposit (where required). Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a scheduling fee at our sole discretion.

Warranties

We stand behind our work. Labor performed by Hi Tech Security Solutions LLC is warranted for 90 days from the date of installation. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and vary by product. We will assist in facilitating valid manufacturer warranty claims at no labor charge during the first year of service.

Limitation of Liability

Hi Tech Security Solutions LLC is not liable for:

• Security incidents that occur before or after the installation period
• Equipment failure caused by power surges, user misuse, or third-party interference
• Data loss or system downtime beyond our direct control
• Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages of any kind

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total value of the services rendered in the relevant transaction.
